When parliament resumes, youth are going to be drawing the line in the sand on parliament hill and inviting politicians to commit to doing what is necessary to ensure a safe and just future for all. Join us!

When we launched our Wings of Change campaign and Our Demands we promised the incoming Members of Parliament that we would organize a welcoming committee for them, and so we're keeping our promise.
The Wings of Change campaign is an effort to change the debate around climate justice. Inaction on climate is not something that we will sit idly by and watch, because to fail to act on this crisis is a conscious choice to threaten our generation, and those that will come after. More than this, this is a campaign to reclaim our power. We are calling on all four remaining federal party leaders to sign onto our demands, following the lead of Green Party leader Elizabeth May, as a commitment to work with youth to create the clean, just and sustainable future we need.
We will be working over the coming months to secure these signatures and to build the movement we need to make our dreams of a better world into a reality.
The day that parliament is scheduled to return we are calling on our friends and allies from across Ottawa to join us in welcoming the new Members of Parliament by drawing a line in the sand, literally. We will be inviting each and every M.P. to join us, on the side of those who wish to create a just, sustainable and better future for ours and future generations. Our call is for co-operation with those politicians heading into the house, while letting them know that when it comes to our future, we are not willing to compromise.
Not in Ottawa?
No worries, we are asking you to join us either online or in the offices of your local Member of Parliament. Email the demands to your M.P. or organize your own event to deliver them to their riding office. We will be posting action guides, visuals and other materials for you to join in.
